Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of reignhouse.ai (the "Site"), operated by ReignHouse ("ReignHouse," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
01Who may use the Site
The Site is intended for business owners and is offered for business and commercial purposes only. By using it you represent that you are at least eighteen years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
02About ReignHouse
ReignHouse is a private operations firm serving real estate businesses, working by application. The Site is informational and is where you learn about our services and apply. Nothing on the Site is an offer that creates a binding obligation on us.
03Applications do not create a client relationship
Submitting an application does not create a client, advisory, or contractual relationship and does not obligate either party to proceed. A client relationship is formed only when both parties sign a written services agreement. We review applications at our discretion and may decline any application.
04The services agreement controls
If you become a client, the signed services agreement between you and ReignHouse governs that engagement. To the extent anything in these Terms conflicts with that signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for matters within its scope.
05No professional advice and no guarantee of results
Content on the Site is general information only and is not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Examples and outcomes described are illustrative. Results vary by business, and we do not guarantee any specific result.
06Payments
Fees for our services, including any setup fee and recurring retainer, are set out in your services agreement and, where applicable, at the time of booking. Any assessment or working session we offer is described to you at the time you book it. Payment is handled by a third-party payment processor subject to its own terms. Specific fees, credits, and refund terms are set out in your services agreement or at booking.
07Communications consent
If you check the SMS consent box on our form, you consent to receive text messages from ReignHouse as described in our Privacy Policy and next to that checkbox. The text messages you may receive include appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates, and, if you opt in to marketing messages, occasional promotional messages. Consent is optional and is not a condition of using the Site or receiving our services. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts and HELP for help, and use the unsubscribe link to opt out of marketing emails. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
08Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, the R monogram, the ReignHouse name and wordmark, and all related marks, are owned by ReignHouse or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your own evaluation. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any part of the Site or our brand without our prior written permission.
09Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping or harvesting data, introducing harmful code, or using it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
10Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.
11Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free.
12Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReignHouse and its owners and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars.
13Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReignHouse from any claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
14Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the Georgia county where ReignHouse maintains its principal place of business, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
15Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
16Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and, for clients, the signed services agreement, are the entire agreement regarding the Site. You may not assign these Terms without our consent, and we may assign them.
